A website alone is not a marketing plan. Use a clear seller-focused message, consistent graphics and a direct link to your personalized page. The resources below help you connect those pieces and give prospective sellers an easy next step.
Learn the skills. Put your tools to work.
Created by Agents, for Agents, our purpose is to help you use practical marketing tools in your everyday business. Work through the guidance at your own pace and build a consistent marketing routine.

Meta housing ads generally require a minimum 15-mile location radius and restrict ZIP-code, age, and gender targeting.
Set up and target a local Meta campaign
- Set up an agent-owned Facebook business Page (see the setup section below) and connect a professional Instagram account if desired.
- Go to Meta Ads Manager. Select your own ad account and create a campaign. Choose an appropriate objective, such as Traffic, for visits to your personalized agent page.
- Declare the Housing Special Ad Category. Selling or marketing residential real estate services can qualify.
- Under the ad set's audience/location settings, choose a city or available location/pin serving your desired market. Respect Meta's minimum 15-mile radius for housing ads; you cannot narrowly ZIP-code target these campaigns.
- Do not limit by age, gender or protected characteristics; avoid discriminatory copy or targeting. The platform will restrict targeting options for housing ads.
- Select Facebook/Instagram placements as available, set your own daily or lifetime budget, and choose start/end dates.
- Upload the square, story, or landscape ad graphic supplied with your marketing kit. Add your individual ListPropertyNow.com/your-name URL.
- Preview all placements, verify broker/license details and the destination URL, then publish and monitor the ad's status and clicks.
Facebook Page creation · Meta Ads Manager · Meta housing-ad restrictions
Reach people searching about selling.
- Open Google Ads and create a Search campaign with the agent's page as the destination.
- Use seller-intent keywords relevant to your services, such as sell my house in [city], listing agent [city], and home valuation [city].
- In campaign Locations, select an eligible city, region or radius where you work. Review whether the setting reaches people in the location or merely interested in the location.
- For U.S. and Canadian housing advertising, do not target by ZIP code, age, gender, marital or parental status. Google allows city, country and permitted radius targeting, subject to additional restrictions.
- Set a budget, verify your ad and page disclosures, publish, and measure cost per meaningful seller inquiry rather than clicks alone.
Use local seller videos and compliant geography.
- Create a TikTok business advertiser account at TikTok for Business.
- Create a campaign and select the housing Special Ad Category where required for U.S./Canadian ads.
- Choose available city/region locations serving your market. ZIP-code, age, gender, marital and parental-status targeting are prohibited for these housing ads; don't attempt to bypass the special category.
- Use a short video explaining a seller topic (pricing, preparation, timeline), plus a clear CTA to your agent page. Confirm approved external-website destination options before running.
- Publish and review campaign results; local delivery is not perfectly precise.
Build local neighborhood visibility.
- Create or claim your real estate business presence on Nextdoor for Business.
- Complete your profile, branding, brokerage details and individual ListPropertyNow.com link.
- Choose an available local advertising product and service area. Targeting controls vary by Nextdoor product and account; follow its current housing and non-discrimination requirements.
- Run an educational seller-oriented ad, then track page clicks, phone calls and actual inquiries.
Review Nextdoor's real estate guidance. Do not assume precise neighborhood or ZIP targeting is automatically permitted for every housing campaign.
Create your Facebook business Page
- Sign into Facebook, then use Create Page (or select Pages → Create in your current interface).
- Enter your professional page name, choose a relevant business category, add a brief seller-focused description, and publish the Page.
- Add a professional profile photo, cover image, brokerage and license disclosures as required, service area, phone and contact details.
- Open the Page's settings and choose an action button such as Learn More or Contact Us, linking to your personalized page if available.
- Use Meta Business Suite to manage posts, Instagram connections and messages. Check Page access; do not share your personal Facebook password.
- Post helpful selling information regularly and reply to messages promptly. For paid targeted campaigns, use Meta Ads Manager and the Housing category steps above.

- Preview your name, brokerage and contact details using the Free Interactive Preview. Choose Digital card, then expand Downloadable Postcard Templates.
- Use your own published seller-page URL and working QR code. Never distribute the sample QR or watermarked preview.
- Confirm your printer’s finished size, bleed, safe area, image resolution and mailing layout before ordering. The postcard files include 0.125-inch bleed for a 6 × 4-inch finished size. Confirm your printer’s specifications and proof before ordering.

- In the Free Interactive Preview, choose Digital card and expand Downloadable Door Hanger Templates.
- Review your contact details and use the working QR for your own published page.

- Obtain brokerage approval and follow the rules for distribution in your area. Respect no-soliciting signs and property restrictions.
Download status: Your active agent dashboard provides personalized postcard front and back files and a door hanger file, each as a 300-DPI PNG. The Free Preview provides watermarked design examples.
Printing, postage and distribution are arranged and paid for by the agent. Contact Agent Support for help with the digital designs.
Your Optional Branded Email Address
Included at no extra cost for eligible active trial and paid members. Messages forward to your existing inbox. Your address uses your first and last name, for example jane.smith@ListPropertyNow.com.
Open your secure Agent Dashboard and choose Activate my branded email. Setup then runs automatically, usually within five minutes. The address uses your first and last name; if it is taken, the next available number is assigned.
How to activate and use your branded address
- Complete your setup. Publish your agent page, verify the inbox where you receive inquiries and maintain an active trial or paid membership. Free Preview does not create a forwarding address.
- Activate it in your dashboard. Use your private dashboard access link, then choose Activate my branded email. Your verified inquiry inbox is the destination; no new password or email login is needed. First and last names determine the address, with a number added automatically if needed.
- Confirm delivery. Check your existing inbox and spam/junk folder for the message sent through your new address. Click Confirm delivery, then Yes, I received the email. Keep using your existing address until delivery is confirmed.
- Use the confirmed address. After confirmation, your agent page and newly generated marketing media show your branded address. Download fresh media from your dashboard before sharing it.
- Keep your inbox active. Contact Agent Support / Contact Us if delivery fails, your destination inbox changes, or your membership ends. Do not send passwords.
Receiving and replying are different: This is incoming forwarding, not a separate mailbox. Replies normally show your existing email address. Sending as the branded address requires a separately supported mailbox/SMTP setup.
Your seller forms: Inquiries submitted through your personalized page continue going directly to your verified lead email. Forwarding does not change that destination.
Free Preview shows an example only and does not reserve an address. Dashboard status shows whether setup is pending, awaiting delivery confirmation, ready, or needs Support.
Membership billing
New membership: $39 per professional per month, or $390 per professional per year, billed upfront in one annual payment. Each membership covers one selected platform. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled. Existing subscriptions retain their current billing terms; check Manage Billing for your renewal price.
Your separate 14-day website trial requires no credit card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Paying through checkout starts a paid membership immediately.
How your personal link appears on social platforms
Use your complete personal website link, such as https://ListPropertyNow.com/agents/jane-smith/, as the destination. On Facebook, put it in Website URL and choose Learn More where that button is available. The button label, visible address and link preview can vary by platform, placement and post type. Your full personal address may appear in the browser after someone opens your page; it is public.
For Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms, use the available website, profile or ad destination field. Check that the link is clickable in your chosen placement and preview it before sharing. Open it yourself to confirm it reaches your personal page. A link-preview image or title is separate from the destination address.
